Terms and conditions:

1.- There are no refunds, at the moment of making the payment of the commission work begins, please keep it in mind if you commission me.
2.- PhantomTNK undertakes to be in constant contact with you through any platform in which both parties agree, sending advances or messages at least 1 time every 4 days, although this may vary since sometimes there are 2 or 3 messages diaries from me.
3.- Any change that you want to make to the illustration must be informed in advance.
4.- Depending on the complexity of the work requested, the delivery time may vary, it could take me 4 days to finish as well as 1 month, although all timeframes and progress are informed to the client.
5.- At the time of delivery of the requested work, you will be asked for an email to send it by that means, since instagram and twitter lower the quality of the work a lot, it is much more efficient to send it by mail.
6.- PhantomTNK has every right to publish the work (if it deems appropriate) in its portfolio and social networks (Instagram or Twitter) unless otherwise requested in a message prior to listing.
7.- The client has the right to use the illustration in what he deems appropriate, whether it is to make merch, use it in video thumbnails, stream schedules, advertising, etc.
8.- Please be as detailed as possible when commissioning my work.
